SUPPORTERS Wellspring wishes to acknowledge and thank the following organizations for their support. Click on the links below to participate and support upcoming events being held by our fundraising partners:
Inspired by Calgary cancer survivor, Brian McGregor, Cancervive is a benefit to raise awareness and support for those living through, and beyond, cancer.
Quilting celebrates survivors. It has for hundreds of years, been protecting women from loneliness, depression and isolation. It seems natural then, that when Carol Miller was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 1997, her thoughts turned to quilting, a craft that had shaped her life. Since then, The Quilt: A Breast Cancer Support Project has developed into a cross-Canada gala quilt auction which has raised over $950,000 towards breast cancer research and support initiatives.
Art à la CarteTM™ is a registered charitable organization based in Calgary, Alberta, that delivers artwork to the hospital rooms of long-term care cancer patients. Wellspring Calgary would like to thank Debbie Baylin, Founder of Art a la Carte, for her continued support, infinite energy and boundless enthusiasm. Contact us if you are interested in contributing a donation through your organization or group event. |
